Theoretical knowledge takes root in the classroom, while practice nurtures growth.To help hairdressing students break through the limitations of textbooks and experience the cutting-edge charm of the industry up close, on April 2, 2026, led by Mr. Andy Yip, Managing Director of Lianda Beauty Group and Development Director of AAMA Academy, and Teacher He Xiaoxue from AAMA Academy, the students visited high-end beauty industry venues to explore the diverse possibilities of the hairdressing profession.

The first stop of the study tour was FIFTH X Hair Code. As a renowned high-end hairdressing institution in the industry, FIFTH X Hair Code blends trendy design with professional expertise. With its unique aesthetic philosophy, exquisite styling techniques, and premium service experience, it has become the top choice for many fashion-forward individuals.It not only brings together top hairstylists in the industry but also closely follows international hairdressing trends. By integrating diverse styles with local aesthetics, it creates distinctive and high-quality hairstyling works.

The students observed the spatial layout and service procedures of high-end salons up close, and listened attentively as instructors explained the business philosophy, trend developments of international hairdressing brands, as well as the service details and key technical points for hairstylists.

The second stop was AAMA Academy (Tianhe Branch). As the core teaching and exchange base of AAMA Academy in Tianhe, it upholds the teaching philosophy of "International Standards & Practice-Oriented". Equipped with professional teaching facilities and a team of experienced instructors, it serves as both an important venue for daily teaching and a key platform for students to connect with industry practice.

Combined with the on-site environment, the instructors explained the operation logic of the hairdressing market, customer demand positioning, and design techniques for different styles of hairstyles to the students.The students took the initiative to communicate with the on-site hairstylists, asking about daily work procedures and ways to improve their skills.Through the interaction, they clarified their key learning points and gained a clearer understanding of the employment directions and development potential in the hairdressing industry.

At the third stop of the study tour, the students visited MOMO SALON to experience the premium service and professional standards of a high-end hotel-affiliated hair salon.Adhering to the core service philosophy of "Exquisiteness, Premium, and Personalization", MOMO SALON brings together a team of top hairstylists with both technical skills and aesthetic taste.Its service quality, craftsmanship, and ambiance are at the forefront of the industry, which is highly consistent with the "international standards" pursued by AAMA Academy.

One study tour, one growth; one observation, one harvest.This study tour allowed students to step out of the classroom and into frontline beauty industry settings. They not only gained a direct understanding of the operation models and technical standards of hair salons with different positioning and styles, broadening their industry horizons, but also clarified their learning goals and strengthened their belief in pursuing a long-term career in the hairdressing industry through exchanges with instructors and frontline hairstylists.
