With a formal background and years of experience in the hairdressing industry, I have worked at hair institutions in Japan and Europe, gaining a deep understanding of various hair types and techniques. I have unique insights into color application and curling techniques, enabling me to provide customers with professional and precise creative design concepts.
Work Experience:
Com pleted seven years of intensive training in renowned Japanese institutions, mastering foundational techniques in Japanese cutting and perming.
In the 1990s, I worked and studied in European hair institutions, becoming one of the earlier professionals in China to encounter European cutting and coloring techniques.
Joi ned Toni&Guy in the UK in early 2006 as a stylist. Through a decade of hard work, I was ultimately appointed as the Technical Director for Toni&Guy in China.
Dur ing this time, I was invited to participate in various large-scale domestic and international hair events, and featured in interviews by industry and fashion magazines. I also traveled to the UK repeatedly for learning exchanges and internal projects.
Par ticipated in the annual trend and latest classic cutting training at Toni&Guy in the UK and worked on hair color for the annual hairstyle show in China as well as major photo shoots, developing the training system for Toni&Guy's hair coloring education in China.
Col laborated multiple times with the Toni&Guy International Art Team at international top hair events such as the Asian Hairdressers Festival.
In 2014, I was invited to the London headquarters to film the fourth revised edition of the "Classic Cutting Course" teaching DVD, becoming the first Chinese stylist invited to shoot in Toni&Guy's 51-year history.
In 2015, I co-founded Young Space Hair Academy with several prominent haircut instructors, continuing to contribute to the hairdressing industry both domestically and internationally.
